How do you make the gravy?

Cooking for my boyfriend and his almost-6-year-old tonight so I'm doing spaghetti. Doctored canned sauce + ground beef + GF pasta.

I had oodles of Swiss Chard in the garden so I used it in place of cabbage in stuffed cabbage rolls. That's in the crock pot. I also made a pan of rosemary focaccia.

It's not really a recipe and I'm not sure I've made it before but I plan to saute the porkchops in a skillet, take them out, melt 3 TBSP butter, saute one package sliced baby portobello mushrooms until browned, whisk in 3 TBSP gluten free flour (usually white rice, sometimes sweet rice flour which makes the best gravy but can't find it lately, sometimes ap gf flour) and cook until smooth and it starts to change color, add in one can chicken broth and whisk again scraping up the browned porkchop bits until smooth and thickened, season with salt and pepper.

10 minutes seems just about right for any soup I convert to cook in the IP. It's just a good soup number
