Leftover prime rib, on crusty rolls, with gravy, like an open face sandwich.
Caesar salad. I ight not eat that, I'm still full for last night, and my anxiety's been triggered by all this food...... Maybe tmi for this thread

Lunch was leftover roast with carrots in beef broth over rice. Squash from my dad's garden
Supper was one of my fave salad combinations - romaine, turkey breast, and Craisins with chunky bleu cheese dressing!

For lunch we had macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets and steamed baby carrots. For supper we're having pita pizzas.

I don't know...probably zucchini "pasta" again, because we all like it and I didn't plan anything. I know Dh won't want chicken two days in a row. Although I could do meatloaf. Hmm, maybe meatloaf! And spicy kale perhaps.

I made and cooked meatballs yesterday. I'm going to make onion gravy and simmer them in it. Then I'll make garlic mashed potatoes (with fresh garlic scapes from our pastor's garden) for hubby and I (the kids won't touch mashed potatoes), maybe some edamame for the kids and a big salad. It feels like a comfort food kind of day.
