best place to advertise rentals?

We have rental property. In previous years I've had my best success by advertising on craigslist. HOWEVER, with this vacancy, the response has been substantially less than usual. I know that times and technology change so quickly, so I'm wondering if there are better and more used places to list.

For those who list rentals, what medium do you find you have the most success with?

I don't have rental property, but I see people advertising on FB online sales groups when they are looking to rent a sublet, sell their house, etc. Might be a good option!

Otherwise maybe local, large churches? Some have classified type ads online, especially if people are looking for Christian owners/renters.

HotPads, Zillow, Trulia. When we were looking for rentals, I found that CL was mostly spam. Daily posts from apt complexes, ads for rent-to-own but not a specific house, houses that were nowhere near the area I was searching - they just included all the metro area cities in their post, or once I got an actual scammer who was trying to get me to wire money and he'd mail the key. I decided it wasn't worth my time to look on CL.
