Re: What are you eating in September?
Tonight is spaghetti and meatballs.
It was supposed to be last nights dinner but the builders across the road hit the water pipes when they were digging and so we had no water. The water company did a quick fix last night (basically put a special hose between next door and ours) but that only gave us half pressure water. The builders have to get it fixed today so I hope they do!! They are not the "sharpest tools in the shed" the builders and I am over the amount of trouble they are causing everyone

Re: What are you eating in September?
I had planed to do soup but I don't think I can stand to do that as the air is hot and stuffy inside because of having everything shut up because of the smoke.
Last night was salmon, asparagus wrapped in bacon and potatoes. - I love it when the salmon go on sail and is cheaper than the grass fed beef! Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

Re: What are you eating in September?
My dd works for a grocery store and just gifted me with a freezer full of chicken. So. Chicken. It's what's for dinner . I've done a whole roasted with lemon and garlic, teriyaki drumsticks, and verde shredded chicken quesadillas. I then promised ds no more chicken till the end of next week .

I'd be curious to see the recipe if it turns out.
