lemon strawberry pancakes
In my neverending quest to use up leftovers....I added a leftover serving of lemon pudding to my pancake mix. Then tossed in some diced fresh strawberries. They taste really good (even though I can't really eat them on my diet - I tasted them).
I'm now thinking about all sorts of things to add to pancake mix... |
