Last night was crockpot whole chicken and vegetables (onion, carrots, celery, potatoes), beets and kale salad.
Tonight is zuppa toscana.

Individual pizzas on naan bread or gf bagels, with a green salad. So easy but a crowd pleaser.

Ground turkey and lentil chili (I added chocolate since the kids love it in mole and enchilada sauces), side salads (I chopped tomatoes, sweet peppers, and cucumbers and Sicily will either put that over spinach or arugula or some combination of the two), and bread (not sure what kind but Sicily bought it from the bakery) for the family... Just chili for me (unless I try a few GF crackers)
