Re: November's Dinners
Clean out the fridge night tonight here! Leftovers rock.
I also made some roasted cauliflower on the side.

I'm making The Barefoot Contessa's Weeknight Bolognese, Garlic Parmesan Pull Apart Rolls, and a Caesar salad.

Re: November's Dinners
I made a butternut squash souffle and the Taste of Home casserole from THT. I used turkey Italian sausage instead of the ground beef and changed the seasonings in the souffle. My dh will.not.touch sweet and savory combos so I ditched the vanilla and used coriander and red pepper, but he still didn't try it.

Last week I cooked a whole bag of beans in chicken broth with my prusher cooker and then I froze most of them. Yesterday I sauteed some Vermont smoke and cure chorizo sausage. Then added in two onions and two cubin peppers chopped and a bit of garlic. Once all if that was cooked I tossed in the mostly frozen beans, a bit of water and cooked them untill the beans were thawed. I think the main difference was the chorizo sausage. I served the beans stuff over brown rice. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
