Re: May's Main Meals
I think I'm makin' tacos with ground pork. But the meat I got was from the farm and the butcher doesn't always label things perfectly and it might be sausage instead, lol! I cant tell until it's thawed out more. If it's sausage, we'll have breakfast burritos. :P

Re: May's Main Meals
I have started fermenting foods. We have eaten the fermented cabbage plain and cold, which is the best way to get the probiotics and us adults love it that way, but I decided to add some variety and made a more traditional sauerkraut out of it last night. With grilled sausages. It turned out really well. My father was over for dinner and he was born and raised in Austria so of course sauerkraut was a foundation of his roots. He was thrilled that I served it.

Yesterday we had grilled burgers stuffed with cream cheese, mushrooms and blue cheese; oven fries, grilled asparagus, watermelon, lemonade, peach sherbet and raspberry sherbet.
Tonight we are having tacos and Mexican rice.
