My head is so cloudy and my body feels weird.
I don't know what's going on. I've felt like this before. I'm having a hard time thinking clearly. I'm not sure how to describe how my body feels, it's like A heightened sensitivity and a weariness. I know I've gone through this before. I just can't get my thoughts together. I'm also super crabby and emotional.

this happens to me all the time. I haven't figured out a consistent trigger, but sleep deprivation makes it worse.

I'm not intentionally gluten free, but when I go overboard eating gluten, that's exactly how I feel.

Re: My head is so cloudy and my body feels weird.
I'm off of gluten (and the other top allergens).
I'm still sleeping sitting up so I'm not getting great sleep but I've had far less.

How long has it been since you ate? That is how I would describe a hypoglycemic episode.

Re: My head is so cloudy and my body feels weird.
I'm not sure, an hour and a half ago maybe longer. I ate two applegate farm hot dogs(no bun) and half an apple. I also ate granola this morning. I do get crazy when I haven't eaten but I did eat.

Re: My head is so cloudy and my body feels weird.
I have hypoglycemia, and that's a different feeling from when this happens to me. Hypoglycemia makes me feel so weak and puny, that I often end up just laying down and completely forgetting to eat. But when this cloudy head feeling happens, I'm extra-anxious, on edge, feel claustrophobic, can't think clearly, and have a hard time with anyone touching me.

Re: My head is so cloudy and my body feels weird.
Prolonged sleep deprivation has different effects on our bodies and brains as we get older. Perhaps it *is* because of sleep deprivation.

Re: My head is so cloudy and my body feels weird.
I can think more clearly. I think it's a lot of things. I am starving! I haven't been eating much lately bc I'm so worried about how it will effect the baby. She screams so much anyway so I don't want to add to it. So I'm off the top allergens and any gassy foods and spicy foods. That leaves very little. And the stuff that's left takes time to make. I don't have time. Right now I'm starving. I made tacos for dinner. I didn't want to eat much beans so it was a bowl of meat and a little guac. I had to shovel in as much as I could before baby needed a nap. Sigh.
I know I am sleep deprived too. I've been having very disturbing dreams the last couple nights. :shudder And sleeping sitting up is not restful. And I'm just completely stressed right now. I'm not handling things well right now. I keep breaking down. So I guess that's it. I don't see how I can do much about any of that right now. I have to plow through until the baby heals. Thanks for your thoughts. My head was so cloudy that I couldn't think of what to do next.

I know it doesn't help practically, but you've been on my mind so much. I'm praying for you.

That definitely isn't enough food! I've felt that feeling before and it's usually from not eating.
