Re: October's Dinners
Tonight was red and white pasta.
I am over joyed to have a dairy free Alfredo sause that is made of real food! Even dh who eats dairy when not at home agreed that it was good. I started with this recipe https://detoxinista.com/creamy-cauli...ampaign=yummly That link looks odd I hope it works. several of the comments said to add nutritional yeast, lemon juice and a bit of coconut milk so I did that. Oh man it was so so good. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Re: October's Dinners
"Farm Soup" as my husband named it....throw all veggies in IP with homemade broth and some seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes. Eat.
I used Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute. Simple. Good. Healthy. I put the broth in the IP to heat while I cut veggies that way it only takes like 3 minutes to come to pressure.

Re: October's Dinners
Last night I had company and fixed seasoned chicken breasts, crockpot mashed potatoes, corn, rolls, tossed salad, and brownies with strawberries on top.
Tonight I made lemon pepper tilapia, mushroom and spinach rice, kale and brussel sprout salad.

October's Dinners
I made chicken soup with the standard carrots, celery, and onions. For spices, I used a little parsley and oregano and a moderate amount of cumin. It was very good. I cooked GF fusilli on the side for those who wanted it.

Re: October's Dinners
I'm making orange chicken (from Costco), brown rice and an asian salad. My family loves Costco orange chicken and I don't, so I only buy it when it goes on sale. They'll be happy .
