Essential oils -- what brand? Where to buy? Etc.
So, I want to buy some essential oils. I'd like to start using them for a few things.
I have no idea where to start... What brands do you use and love? Where have you found the best prices?

We had a recent thread about this. DoTerra, Young Living. I buy cheapo ones from Vitacost But not for internal use.

Ok, follow up question. If I'm just delving in and only want to buy a few varieties (like 2 or 3) to start, what are your most used? And what do you use them for?

Re: Essential oils -- what brand? Where to buy? Etc.
I almost used some christmas $ to buy a starter kit from a MLM, ended up getting mine from P.T. & have been very pleased. Check out their boxed sets & they've grouped together popular oils ....I bet you'll find one that suits you
I already owned several e.o.'s (lavender, tea tree, eucalyptus, lemongrass, citronella)....so I got two sets of synergies...one being a kid safe set. Let us know what you get!! P.s. I just stumbled onto a new-to-me site that has lots of recipes & also some safety info: hippy homemaker. |

Re: Essential oils -- what brand? Where to buy? Etc.
Do you mind if I ask a related question? I'm wondering if anyone has any favorite eo diffusers? But if you'd rather I start another thread, I can do that don't wanna add answers to this thread if they won't be helpful to you.

Re: Essential oils -- what brand? Where to buy? Etc.
There are also recent threads about diffusers.
I perused Amazon & looked at their best sellers. Lots of reviews there! I found one with an 18 month warranty, large capacity tank & auto shut off when empty |
