Essential oils
I’m a little behind the times as far as essential oils go, but I’m thinking my teenage daughters could use some oils diffused for anxiety/stress. I’m also interested in the roll-on ones I’ve heard about. Do you have a favorite brand? I’m looking for super simple. Even better if I can order online. Thanks!

Re: Essential oils
Plant therapy is my go to brand
Make sure to properly dilute for typical use. www.usingeossafely.com is a site with a host of good information on how to use them safely. Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk

Re: Essential oils
Plant therapy is good. I also like Mountain Rose Herbs.
I agree with learning about safety and the site linked above is good. Sent from my LM-Q710(FGN) using Tapatalk

Re: Essential oils
I like to use Eden's Garden Theraputic grade. They even have some already mixed and ready for roll on application.
I love to diffuse lavendar if I am going to be home because it causes me to want to sleep. If I am stressed, I prefer the grapefruit EO to be diffused. It just makes the room feel lighter and not as depressing. |

Re: Essential oils
I was going to say Plant Therapy and Mountain Rose Herbs as well. (I especially like the KidSafe oil blend line from Plant Therapy.)

Re: Essential oils
Another vote for Plant Therapy and Edens Garden.
They both have yummy anti stress blends if you do not want to make your own. Free shipping, you get points, discounts often.

Re: Essential oils
I am late to this thread. For years I’ve been buying my EO’s from an herbalist who sold food grade organic oils but she closed her business. I was looking for a non MLM business to buy my oils from and a friend told me about Revive. I just placed an order with them. There’s a semi local place called Josiah’s Oils that I found out about after placing my order with Revive that’s about 40 minutes from me. I want to look into them. I prefer supporting small local businesses when possible. I think that Josiah’s Oils might sell online but I haven’t taken the time to thoroughly research them.
