We love to eat it and could just go ahead and it it all this week, but it would be nice to have some for the winter. I have seen it in the past in the frozen section of the food store--do you flash freeze, just freeze, partially cook and freeze? __________________ Melissa mama to DS 3/00, DD 3/02 DS 11/05, and DD 9/07 DNiece 8/06, DNiece 10/08, DNephew 6/11 and DNephew 8/15 and a growing farm of 2 cats, 1 Border Collie, 1 llama, 10 Icelandic sheep, 7 goats, 30 hens & roosters, 1 male turkey, 21 geese
