Re: What's for dinner in April?
Tonight we had steak and lorne sausage in onion gravy with oven fries and carrots. We really should have had something cold though or cooked on the hob because the oven made the kitchen a bit hot.

Re: What's for dinner in April?
I need to make borscht. I don't want to (feeling lazy), but I need to since I bought all the ingredients for it. I think I was a bit over-ambitious when I saw the perfect looking beets at the farmers market the other day.
I did forget to get dill and sour cream though, so even if I make it, I will need to have DH run to the store before we can eat. |

Yum that sounds good. I've never had borscht nor have I made it. I might have to try that sometime.

Re: What's for dinner in April?
I am making sloppy joe corn muffins. The kids have been getting picky but they liked these last time I made them, so hopefully they like them again. And they are so easy!
