We're either having a stir fry made with steak or steak, potatoes and broccoli. Haven't decided yet.

Re: What's for dinner in April?
Ground beef with buttermilk sauce. Over rice for DH and the boys, over leftover cornbread for me. Buttered carrots to go with it.

Re: What's for dinner in April?
After I brown 1 lb meat, I add 1/4 c. Saco brand dry buttermilk and 1 c. water to the pan and mix well. Then I turn it on medium high and let it reduce before adding some heavy cream (about 1/2 c. of cream)

BBQ steak, baked potatoes, and steamed broccoli. Cheese sauce if I decide I feel like it.

Crusty bloomer? Is that anything like an onion blossom?

Re: What's for dinner in April?
By the way, that was my 1st time quoting someone in a reply.
It was much easier than I thought. I figured it was one of those things that would be next to impossible to do on my phone, which is my main internet connection. Easy peasy! I'll be doing that more often. For dinner tonight: pasta of some sort. We're using whole grain penne noodles and probably some veggies. Maybe sauce? I should figure that out soon.

Re: What's for dinner in April?
Tonight we had grilled chicken breast with mushrooms and red pepper, sauteed zucchini, and asparagus. Super yummy.

Re: What's for dinner in April?
OOPS! Accidentally posted this on the March thread. I can't believe it is April already!
Sausage with sauteed peppers and onions, green beans, and mashed potatoes.
