If you can get the lining out of the way, you should be able to install a regular zipper then remove the seam stitches. The only difference from normal installation is you used regular stitches instead of basting stitches. So you'll have to be careful removing them, but it should be saved. Then just hand sew your lining to the zipper and back to the bottom of the bodice edge.
I wouldn't attempt an invisible at this point. You'd have to undo too much, and each stitch you take out is a risk to damage the fabric.
