We had to put our dog down

Jake became very ill suddenly and we had to put him down last night. He was with our family for 11 years and brought us a lot of joy. We will be burying him today.

losing a pet is so hard. 11 years is a long time.

Thanks all for the prayers....bedtime is better tonight. Jake was suffering so badly last night, that is was a quick decision and unsettled time. We had gone out for the evening and he was fine when we left and in absolute agony when we got home. Only thing we can figure is a stomach or lung puncture?? He is in no more pain and that is what we need to remember. We are healing now.
