Re: Meals in August....
I think I am making some white chicken chili in the instant pot because I have some ground chicken to use up and Monday is instant pot night. I will make sure it seals this time.

Well, last week's soup came out like chili, and this week's chili turned out like soup. Not sure what happened.

Re: Meals in August....
So a couple weeks ago I planned two weeks' worth of meals. This week I decided to go the farmer's market and to a grocery store I've wanted to try it and I bought some things and then came home and decided on meals for the week from what I bought. Then I made an Aldi list to fill in the gaps. It was quite a creative process that I actually really enjoyed, but don't know if my life can support that every week.
Here's what we've had so far: Grilled salmon and zucchini, rice, arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette Sausages, gnocci with blue cheese sauce, broccolini, corn on the cob Up tonight: Thin chicken breasts, crispy smashed potatoes, goat cheese stuffed mushrooms, red leaf lettuce salad

Re: Meals in August....
I meal planned today for next week. Seems we are having some retro meals this week. Sloppy joes, tator tot casserole, pimento cheese sandwiches, tuna melts. I think I'm in a weird or nostalgic mood or something.
Oops, it's September! Here's the thread.
