I definitely notice if I don't take it one day. Grumpier, hungrier, more blood sugar instability, and just in a foul mood.

Hey mommy-- I started feeling "lighter" the next day. Just my whole system and mood felt lighter. I started w/ 2g a day. You have to drink a lot of water. That's really important.

Agreed! Water is key.

I REALLY feel a difference in blood sugar stability & cravings when I am not taking it... And I feel an improvement really quickly when I start taking it again.

In case anyone is wondering, that link briefly describes some of the difference between chlorella and spirulina. Apparently they offer similar but still different benefits and it's great to take them both. The article also recommends 4g of chlorella per day, taken in the morning. Good info about choosing a brand, too.

So, I haven't exercised in about 3 weeks, but I haven't gained any weight. In fact, I lost a couple. Since I started taking this I have been eating less and craving less. REally???
