Recipes for watercress?
Does anyone actually eat it? I'm thinking of buying it more often because it has a lot of potassium (which my body doesn't store well). Other than salads or sandwiches how would you prepare it?

Re: Recipes for watercress?
It's good in sandwiches. It can be added anywhere you would use raw greens. Yeah, sandwiches and salads are all that comes to mind. But that's a lot. Oh, maybe added to burritos and tacos/tostadas. But those are essentially sandwiches, but with tortillas.
