I need a recipe for dinner tonight, please!
Here's what I have:
carrots frozen green beans frozen corn can of sweet corn quinoa rice, white and brown soy beans kidney beans pinto beans garbanzo beans tomato sauce artichokes refried beans olives fresh spinach that needs to be eaten by today... curry sauce varios vegg' sauce packets noodles garlic and onion ground "beef" or "turkey" (soy) "chicken" strips (soy) "beff" strips (soy) tempeh ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I don't have cheese, tomatoes, avocado, lettuce, celerey..... ~~~~~~~~ What can I make tonight? |

Rice and beans. Prepare your beans, mexican or puerto rican spices whatever, add spinich and corn, serve over rice.

saute the spinach with olive oil and garlic and make "shepherd's pie" with the "ground beef" - if you have potatoes...

I would mix the curry and tomato sauces, throw in the beef & green beans. Serve over rice.

Thanks again! I need another idea. I want to use the fake "chicken" strips, they are kind of like grilled chicken. I'm out of spinach now, but I do have some celerey...? I have some carrots..they might be bad though. I have an opened can of coconut milk and butternut squash...

If you have any curry sauce left I would puree the butternut squash, add the coconut milk and enough water or veg. broth/stock to make a thick soup and then add the chicken.
