It's Friday. So homemade GF pizza. Remind that everyone (but me) really likes this meal and I'll miss it in a few years...

Nachos would be a great break from pizza on Friday nights! I might give that a go instead...

Beef vegetable stew. I prepped 2.5 weeks of meals for the freezer before realzing it was going to be in the 70's every day in March. Still have to use up the beef chili and chicken and dumplings preps too. So NOT spring type food!!

Lunch was pineapple BBQ turkey and rice with green beans. Supper was tarragon turkey salad with (rice/nut) crackers. And the obligatory square of Ghirardelli 72% Intense Dark for me

Little Caesars ham and pineapple.

DH vetoed goulash, and we apparently don't have a grill anymore?
