Realizing the importance of water
We are big water drinkers we don't forbid things like juice milk or milk alternative even soda/diet soda but water makes up the far majority of what we drink. To get this we had an in house reverse osmosis system and we always have tons of bottled water. We can drink our plain tap but it's pretty bad tasting sw hard wAter and all..
Lately our reverse osmosis started leaking till despite all the obvious solutions was just gushing water so it had to be removed and will need replacing..of course this comes in those last oh 48 hours before paydAy and after we've exhausted our last bottled water and without funds for more... So this last two days the only plain water been tap. Which is hard to stomachache... the biggest consequence is I and my family been seriously craving junk.. even though we mostly only have heAlthier choices were constantly wanting more...recently my weight dropped under 160 a threshold I seemed to struggle with and has finally Put me within 5lbs of a "healthy weight" and within 10lbs of my goal. . The last few days aren't helping my new success though. I ve alwAys known the importance of water but I'm surprised how quickly not having proper accessibility is affecting our diet.

Re: Realizing the importance of water
I agree. It's amazing how my mood changes when I'm dehydrated.

Re: Realizing the importance of water
I can see HUGE consequences on my children when they don't get enough water. HUGE. It's insane. In fact, often when the kids are cranky or acting different in a variety of ways the first thing I say is "GO GET A BIG GLASS OF WATER!"
