Okay so for the oreo recipe I adjusted to make it gluten free. I used 1 cup sorghum and 1/4 c starch (it was either potato or arrow, I'm not sure). Then I added a tsp of xantham gum. They came out kind of cake-ier than I'd like. Did I add too much xantham do you think (for the gf bakers out there

)? Either way they're still delicious!

I have no clue, I've never worked with those ingredients. But the ones I made... are almost gone, but I will say the boys are helping me eat them
