My dilly beans are all wrinkly.
I have never made them before, but when I have eaten them at other places, they have never been wrinkled. Anyone know what the deal could be?
Also, I used twice as much salt, by mistake. Could that have something to do with it? I really hope they will still be edible. I can't believe I did that! |

Re: My dilly beans are all wrinkly.
My mom's dilly beans were always wrinkly. I always thought it was because the saltiness of the brine de-plumped the beans.

Re: My dilly beans are all wrinkly.
So are they going to be inedible due to the double saltiness?

You'll just have to try them to find out.
