tried a variation on volcano cake
made it with red velvet cake mix this time
make the cake mix according to pkg (regular recipe uses german choc cake) then mix a pkg of softened cream cheese, a stick of softened butter, and a pound of powdered sugar. grease cake pan, sprinkle a cup of coconut, then a cup of pecans, then pour cake batter and spread around, then plop out dollops of cream cheese stuff in the cake (don't spread it around) and cook at 350 for about 45 mins |
