Re: Bentonite Clay
I just got the Living Clay book.
It says to remove moles like warts. I can attest for remving moles/tags but I've never used it on warts. It says drink 2oz twice daily, dab heavy amount of hydrated clay on wart. At end of day apply last coat, cover woth cloth bandage and leave on all night. 7-14 days pieces will flake off when you wash the clay off.continue till skin is smooth and wart is gone. 30-45 days if large wart. Once healed drink 1oz daily. The book is referring to using calcium bentonite clay. Not sure how other clays would work. And I know from experience that for my moles drinking along with external really speeds it up. I've done it without but it takes longer. And I never cover them and leave it on overnight and they still come off. My small moles/tags come of in a day. Medium ones a few days. The large mole I have tried but its gotten to hard being pregnant to reach my back. The week I did it dh said it looks different different now. hth a bit |

Re: Bentonite Clay
I just ordered some of each kind. I can't wait.
I wanted it just for the skin tags but now that I finished the thread....WOW....so many other uses. I have 2 small skin tags on my cheek and one on my eye lid. They drive me crazy. I catch myself picking at them with out even knowing it. I can't wait to get it!

Re: Bentonite Clay
I've been using the clay regularly-finally and have noticed my skin really looks good I don't know if it just a glow or just less discoloration? But I like it
And question-has anyone figured out the easiest way to take internally? We do smoothies and add some clay...but we don't do that everyday, so I usually make the recipe w/ the honey and water in the back of the Living Clay book, but it's still not pleasant to drink I was thinking of looking into the capsules I heard about....from my Grandma-yes, I got my grandma using the clay too |

Re: Bentonite Clay
Lately I've been putting ours in grape juice. we don't drink juice as a drink just to add to things. So I put ours in enough juice to make it not so thick. And I do notice the longer the hydrated clay sits the thicker it gets. I try to make just enough to last no more than 4 days at a time. And adding it to orange juice is yuck! It gets even thicker.
If you drink nondairy chocolat milk that is the best though. Color and consistency is completely hidden. |

Re: Bentonite Clay
This thread is very fascinating.
I'm thinking about getting it, but the only use I can think of is for my face (I tend to breakout a lot). Can you use it just to do a detox? I'm thinking of doing a juice fast next week and wondering if it would help? |

Re: Bentonite Clay
So far we haven't had a lot of luck with the warts.
I am still doing facials about twice a week. At least 10 poeple have asked me if I am pregnant. When I say NO NO NO why do you ask....am I fat! They say no it's becuas eyou are glowing. My mother swears my skin has never looked this good. |

Re: Bentonite Clay
I've had mine for over a month, probably over 2 months and still haven't opened it! Though she sent some little prehydrated containers of clay that we have used on our face once. I need to use mine!!
So is it something I can use on my face daily, as a mask, or less than that? Also how much again to take internally a day? I'm going to try it in a smoothie...is it noticeable? Also for moles, I just put it on the mole and then wait to wash it off when? ONce it dries? Whenever I bathe next? Didn't someone mention it helping with cellulite? Can I just plaster this stuff all over my butt then? |

Re: Bentonite Clay
You could use it daily as a mask... but I am sure 2x a week is good?
I think internally you take about 1 tablespoon per day, unless doing a full detoxing then 1 tablespoon 2x per day? I think No set amount. W/ the moles I think you'd do it the same as a wart? in addition to taking internally, dab a relatively heavy amount directly on wart/mole and allow it to dry. repeat process 5-6 times daily. at the end of the day, apply the last coating, cover w/ a cloth bandage and leave on all night. continue until it's completely gone and the smooth skin.. could take up to 30-45 days for larger ones. I need to start putting on some of my moles! |
