The Tickle Momster Rose Garden previously mlrowley Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: NW WA Posts: 17,952	My syrup didn't thicken I made about 10 pints of blueberry or blue/strawberry syrup this weekend. I had a hard time getting the simple syrup to the temp recommended in the recipe so just stopped about 10 degrees short. Is that why? Is there anything I can do to thicken them after I open the jar?
