anyone use Queen Language Lessons
They look beautiful but, they are VERY gentle. My oldest will be in 6th grade next year. I wonder if they are *too* informal for retention to occur.
Does anyone have an opinion on this LA program??? |

Re: anyone use Queen Language Lessons
we use it; I don't always do just one lesson a day, though. We do three or four a lot of times. (unless it's copywork...in that case, I let that lesson be the only one for the day because they fight me so much on copywork already, I don't want the added battle and drama. )
I really like it; I would consider some sort of formal grammar type supplement, too. We are using some book I got at costco that's called something like "all the grammar you ever needed" or some such.
