Meatless Burger Recipe
What is your amazing meatless burger recipe?
I have one and the people here like it, but it seems like when we are out and about occasionally we find one that is amazing. Mine is good but not amazing. Anyone got aa amazing meatless burger recipe? TIA!

A local restaurant has one that I dream about. I haven't found a great recipe, though. Now I'm thinking of stimulus check carry-out . . .

I use about
20 oz of tvp 3 eggs 1/2 cup bread crumbs OR 1 bag Morningstar Crumbles 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 onion, grated OR 1 tsp onion powder OR 1 packet onion soup 1/2 tsp sage 1/2 tsp summer savory oil for frying. I soak the tvp and then add all the ingredients. I put in the eggs last. Mush it all up, form into pattis, and fry or bake. If it's too wet, add in more oatmeal. Or you can just sub in oatmeal if you don't have bread crumbs.
