vegan raspberry jam muffin recipe?

I have some expensive raspberry jam. I'm sick of it on toast and bread and wanted to make muffins with it so it didn't go to waste. I'm just not sure how. I'm thinking a plain sweet muffin with jam dolloped in the middle? Any suggestions? I don't care as long as I use the jam and it's vegan!
