Converting yeast bread from 6-cup to 8-cup pan?
I am slowly perfecting my homemade bread recipe, which means making it as close to storebought as possible. My latest feedback is that it needs to be bigger, but still square. Obviously I'm not going to puff it up with dough extenders, etc. Can I just bake the bread for 4 6-cup loaf pans in 3 8-cup loaf pans instead? Do I need to change the baking time, temperature, ingredients?

Re: Converting yeast bread from 6-cup to 8-cup pan?
. . . Anybody?
The answer is probably obvious, but I've only been baking bread for about a year. I really need some help with this question.
