I made french bread

The 1st online recipe wasn't that good but this one was great http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/French-Bread/Detail.aspx

It tasted awesome and was great. The only that I didn't do well was kneading it so it could grow more.

Oooh! I recently joined Allrecipes.com and I'm really enjoying it. Did you review it? Probably doesn't need anymore reviews though, does it?

So, the recipe seems to call for 2 1/2 packages of yeast.

Did you actually use 1/2 a package?

I bought the bottle of yeast, so no packages. I used 1 tsp because I wanted to be on the safe side. I also only use 5 cups of flour like some of the reviews said.
