Thank you for starting this. This has been an interesting conversation; I appreciate the opportunity to think out loud and clarify some of my own thoughts. It's not something I'd ever really thought much about before.

I have appreciated this conversation. We looked into Classical Conversations, but decided against it because of its MLM feel. I think that its main advantage is that it keeps coop members from being too flaky. If you have $600+ sunk into your coop, you are much less likely to skip days or not prepare. I thought that it was too much to pay for tutors who may or may not have any idea what they are talking about. I can do that myself.
