Re: Gingerbread cutout cookies anyone?
Check out recipezar. It's my go to place for recipes. Although, something to keep in mind is that most gingerbread recipes require a period of sitting (usually at least over night) in the fridge.

Re: Gingerbread cutout cookies anyone?
I made my MIL's recipe this week with my Girl Scout troop. It was super easy & turned out well.
Puddin Head Gingerbread Men 1/2 C butter/marg 1/2 C brown sugar 1 - 3 3/4 oz pkg butterscotch pudding mix (not instant) 1 egg 1 1/2 C flour 1 1/2 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp cinnamon Cream butter, brown sugar & pudding mix (dry). Add egg & cream some more. Sift dry ingredients together. Mix dry & wet ingredients Chill dough for easier handling. Roll chilled dough to about 1/8" thick on lightly floured surface. Bake 6-8 minutes at 350 We didn't have time to chill it with the GS & it was a bit finicky. I think chilling it for a couple of hours would be enough or you can leave it overnight.
