It really depends on your water.

I ran out of Charlie's and bought All Free & Clear. My whole family complained about how stiff and scratchy their clothes were. Ordered more Charlie's and everyone was relieved.

Charlie soap was great and amazing for me in Atlanta, I have had issues with it in Vermont.

Ever since we moved to this house, I have tried every brand of natural dishwasher detergent. None work. Then I tried multiple conventional brands. Nope. There is only one brand that works in this house, Palmolive Eco Gel (which is not eco by any means) plus Lemi Shine booster.

In all my previous houses 7th Generation dishwasher detergent worked beautifully.

Yep...we can use Finish Quantum...not Cascade, not any other Finish, nothing natural. And the nasty blue rinse-aid is needed.

Charlie's seems okay here.
