You can make breakfast tacos too. Just throw some browned sausage in a flour tortilla with cheese, fried potatoes, and scrambled eggs. Yum. Thanks for the recipe, I never thought about making my own. Genius!

Thanks! This looks great. I've been avoiding buying sausage because of all the other stuff in it, so this is perfect. I don't know why I never thought to make it

I use pretty much the same recipe but love to add in a pinch of dried basil. Makes it taste more "sausagey" to me.
