Chicken lime tacos in soft tortillas still hot from the Mexican grocer

, homemade chips & salsa, pineapple....maybe rice?

Doubling the chicken recipe to freeze.

Beef, bean and corn Empanadas. Double batch. 7 for Dinner 7 for the freezer.

If I can get myself motivated enough to actually do it. I've had the onions sitting on the cutting board for 30 minutes so far.

I failed at supper again tonight!

I *could* get off the couch and throw something together quick, but I have no plan, so I'm just going to not worry about it.

We always manage to eat, even when I'm a postpartum lump on the couch!
