Hot dogs. Ok so they are Applegate organic nitrate free grass fed beef hot dogs, but they are still hot dogs. I just planned poorly and it's way too hot to cook. I'm serving them with real saurkraut and fermented ketchup though, that is redeeming right?

I call them deconstructed stuffed peppers lol I put a lb of ground turkey or beef.. Already cooked into the crockpot with 1-2 sliced green peppers, a half a bag of taco seasoning, 1 can diced tomatoes and like 3 cups of tomato juice... Let it cook for like 3-4 hours on low very easy and yummy paired with some mashed potatoes!

zucchini gratin using zucchini from the garden baked potatoes for the kids romaine lettuce salad with homemade creamy cucumber dressing made with cucumbers from the garden I can't wait to eat!
