Can I make peach preserves w/out sugar?

I am sure you can.

I did strawberry with out sugar and I am the only one who will eat it every one else says that it isn't sweet enough but I think it is just fine. I don't like stuff really sweet. I put in less than a fourth of the sugar than the recipe called for in the peach jam and peach butter I made it is not quite too sweet for me and other people like it a lot better.

It's the sugar that does the preserving, though.

You can pickle them, but I don;t think you can preserve them w/o sugar.
