Monday we had hamburgers and a grilled corn/feta salad.
Last night we had Taco Salad.
Tonight is Taco Salad leftovers for the family and I'm going out to dinner with some friends.

Tonight was potato soup with bone broth and ham from Easter, with gf cornbread.

I made a recipe from PlateJoy that sounded so good and it was a total dud.

Moroccan chicken and root vegetable stew. It had boneless chicken thighs, rutabagas, onions, apricots, carrots, broth, cumin, coriander, and cinnamon. I served it with quinoa. It was so bland. We all added tons of salt, garlic and red pepper at the table but even with all that nobody wants to eat it again. And I have lots left.

You are not alone Lisa....this happens to me all the time! I make it exactly as per the recipe, slave over it, and it is tasteless and no-one likes it

I've been trying a few new recipes lately from a cookbook that is supposed to help with IBS. As 3 of us have this, I thought its worth a try and so far we've had a couple of duds, a couple of "thats not so bad" and one "That's great!". So I'm going to try a ginger chilli chicken stir fry tonight with rice. Fingers crossed!!
