Zentangle

Does anyone here like to Zentangle? I took a class on it this year and it's a lot of fun and can be very relaxing.

Here's a tile I did to give you an example:

I got a book from the library and was doing it except I used colored pens which is technically not right per the instructions.

I checked out the book from the library. I will try to get pics of the ones I have done. They are in my prayer journal right now.

After stumbling across it in the craft thread last month I sought it out as a way to help me relax after ending up at a cardiologist because if anxiety.

Yep.

One of my teen clients (ABI) is using it as part of his rehab / therapy - he is working on dominance retraining (no longer has use of his dominant arm and hand since the accident) and his counsellor suggested it to help with the physical rehab and to help with stress and anxiety. He loves it.

I dabble. i dont follow the "rules", but ive loved getting inspiration from the differnt designs.
