Favorite Vegetarian Book...
I just reordered The Welcoming Kitchen from the library. It is a GF Vegan cookbook. I never got the chance to use it yet. But, all the recipes looked yummy and very family friendly.

Moosewood of course
Mollie Katzen has a few fantastic kids cookbooks we have too. We have both "Pretend Soup" and "Salad People" And I just found a used copy of "Honest Pretzels" that I think I'm going to give the bee for Christmas this year. |

How It All Vegan - this book is practically my veggie bible. I use it more than anything else!
