Non Food April Fools?
Every year I think I'm going to prank my kids, and then I never do. It seems that *all* of the ideas online involve food! Do y'all have some good ideas that don't involve food that I can use to prank my kids? I would appreciate it!
I will add one good prank we did for DH. Kitten sewed up a ball of furry fabric and stuffed it into his shoe that he keeps out on the patio. That was funny!

My dd delights in fooling her brothers each year. We need a new idea. Last year she had success rubbing the inside of the sink faucet with food dye so the water came out green. Saran Wrap, wow! Let us know if that works.

My kids had a friend over once -- and that friend changed my phone to Spanish language. It was funny, but hard to switch back because I couldn't read the instructions.

Re: Non Food April Fools?
There's always the "yarning of the kids." You have to wait until they are asleep, then start winding yarn all throughout the house, ending with a nice web in their bedroom. You put the end of the yarn on a stick or a note or something. That goes right by their pillow. They wake up rather stuck in their bed/room. Then they have to walk around and wrap all of the yarn back up.
That's what the Elves do for our kids every year. It's a favorite!
