That's kind of similar ![]() Cantaloupe Chicken Salad 2 C cooked chicken, cut in chunks 1/2 C diced celery, and the same diced apple 2 sliced green onions 2 T diced walnuts 1/3 C mayo 3 T plain yogurt 1 T dijon mustar 1 t. chopped fresh parsley 1 cantaloupe, halved and seeded Combine chicken in bowl with celery, apple, green onion, and walnuts. Mix mayo with yogurt, mustard, and parsley and add to chicken mix. ![]() Piquant Chicken 4 skinless chicken breasts 1/2 C tamari sauce 2 T vegetable oil 1 C chicken broth 2 cloves garlic, minced 1.5 t ginger 1 t. oregano 2.5 t brown sugar 6 sliced mushrooms Arrange chicken in baking dish. Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 min. Add mushrooms and cook 15 minutes longer.
