Spaghetti and meatballs
Ds1 wants spaghetti and meatballs for dinner for his bday. I don't make meatballs as a general rule, so I pulled out my mom's recipe and made them. What I don't know is when do I put the meatballs in the sauce? I cooked them in my pan and drained the grease....the sauce is still cooking. I threw a bit of browned meat in for flavor. I'm afraid if I put them in now they'll get all broken apart from stirring the sauce or overdone since the sauce is still simmering. So, when do YOU put the meatballs in?
