SonshineMama shared this recipe in the Freezer to Crockpot thread for sesame chicken. I haven't gotten to try it yet, but I think her family likes it.

Tonight I'm planning on making lemon pepper tilapia, spanakorizo, asparagus, Greek salad/

Last night we had slow cooker Italian beef (I made my own Italian dressing mix), rice, sauteed zucchini and tomatoes. The Italian beef was soooo yummy. I subbed one cup of beef broth for the one cup of water and didn't serve it on buns to keep it gluten free.

On tonight's menu: bbq chicken (although may not be grilled as originally planned because of rain), corn on the cob, roasted potatoes, plums.
