I am getting ready to read The New Sugar Busters ( I accidently got it, thought it was Sugar Blues) and The Sugar Fix. I need to read this thread. Then...I will cut out HFCS and whatever other corn syrups are in "stuff." After that I'd LIKE to cut out sugar, but I am not sure if I can.
