Re: SO what is for dinner?
I don't normally eat beef, but I like it once in a while when I'm pregnant. My hubby found some organic steaks today and barbecued them over wood chips. Oh my...they were SO good!

Ohhh, you gotta try it! It's not exactly the picture of health but as an occasional treat, it is delish! Restaurant quality, imo!

It's cool and trying to snow again today, so we're doing chicken veggie soup with some homemade gf biscuits.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
Trying out a new low carb waffle recipe and eating with some sausage. I haven't had a chance to even eat my first waffle since the children have been scarfing them down like mad. LOL

Re: SO what is for dinner?
We had butternut squash soup and meatballs. It was not the kind of day you'd go for a big pot of soup (it was in the 80's today) but it was all I could think of to make. It was good though.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
Lunch was seasoned ground beef and cheddar on hash browns. Supper for the guys was egg salad, chicken and cheddar on hash brown for me. And a huge treat for dessert:
