Tostadas with ground beef, cheese, lettuce, black olives, sourcream, salsa. Also I'm going to attempt to make refried beans out of the leftover ham and beans from Wednesday night. We'll probably also have some cut up canteloupe on the side.

That might be debatable. I love to cook, absolutely love it. Dare I say, that I dream about the day when I can cook anything my heart desires without worrying that my kids will starve to death.

Celebrating BIL's bday at my sister's and she is ordering pizza and wings. We're eating like real champs this week. You'll notice next week that I'll be eating like a bird trying to undo everything I've done for the past, oh, six days.

The boys and I met some friends for lunch. I had steak, broccoli, and loaded mashed potatoes. The boys had grilled chicken and broccoli. DH had leftovers at home
